Senior Software Engineer, Hosted Team

Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Hosted team - the group responsible for enabling enterprise customers to run our platform inside their own infrastructure, often in regulated or air-gapped environments. This role is hands-on and involves working with a variety of technologies to ensure our platform is secure, reliable, and performant.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software for our hosted platform

Work with customers to understand their needs and deploy our platform in their environments

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with our hosted platform

Collaborate with other engineers to improve our platform's security, reliability, and performance

Contribute to the overall architecture and design of our hosted platform

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software engineering

Strong experience with Golang

Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Experience with Kubernetes

Experience with security best practices

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
